These are YouBars. And mine are date and almond-based, with chocolate, whey protein, cinnamon, spirulina, agave nectar, coconut and flax seeds. This is nerdy, but really very fulfilling. I also track the times I wake up and go to bed, my mood and stress levels, when I finish a piece of writing, when I work out, etc., which, I hope, will start to show correlations in the next year. I won't be posting this every month, but January's the first time I've recorded all this data fairly consistently (though I've been doing it for about six). Some categorical inconsistencies still have to be worked out.
