Just look at his wife/ex-wives. Couldn't find a picture of his first ex-wife, but 3/5 James Cameron wives are brunette ladies with manly jawlines. I have a prediction for his next future wife: Jillian Michaels. The perfect future ex-Mrs. James Cameron.
